Jamey Jones serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Advion Inc. and the Director Général of Adchim/Interchim within the Advion Interchim Scientific umbrella. With a global perspective and strategic oversight, Jamey guides a passionate and innovative organization dedicated to advancing analytical technologies, providing unparalleled service and support, and fostering enterprising business partnerships, all aimed at meeting the diverse needs of our valued customers.

Bringing over two decades of experience in technical and management roles, Jamey is a seasoned executive with a proven track record of exemplary leadership in the life science tools and consumables markets. His journey with Advion Interchim Scientific spans more than 15 years, during which he has ascended through various key roles, including Senior Vice President, President, and Chief Operating Officer, currently holding the helm as CEO/DG.

Prior to joining Advion in 2008, Jamey played integral roles in several organizations, showcasing his versatility and leadership acumen. Notably, he held positions with increasing responsibilities at Biotage AB, Northrup Grumman, Avionics Specialties Inc., and honorably served in the United States Navy.

Jamey’s wealth of experience, combined with his unwavering commitment to excellence, positions him as a driving force behind the success and continuous innovation of Advion Interchim Scientific. His leadership philosophy revolves around fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and customer-centricity, ensuring that the organization remains at the forefront of technological advancements in the dynamic field of analytical sciences.

Mr. Wayne Xiong will be joining Bohui Innovation Biotechnology Group and Advion Interchim Scientific as a Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Wayne has over 15 years of experience in multinational accounting and finance with the past eight years as financial executive in different industries.

Prior to joining Bohui, Mr. Wayne was the Chief Financial Officer of General Electric Industrial Motors for more than 3 years, leading M&A execution and synchronization projects as well as new ERP system implementation. Before GEIM, he was the CFO and CEO assistant at Makena and CFO of Hisense Mexico.

Dr. Prosser joined Advion in 1999 and was one of the founders of the Micro Technology group where he was responsible for the development of the TriVersa Nanomate and design of the expression Compact Mass Spectrometer. He is now in charge of Operations for Advion Inc.

Prior to Advion he was a visiting fellow at Cornell University and spent 11 years at Europa Scientific Ltd. (UK) as Technical Director, designing and marketing stable isotope ratio mass spectrometers and associated sample preparation systems serving the Life Science and Earth Science markets.

He earned his bachelor’s degree in Physics from Lancaster University and his Ph.D. with Prof. Colin Pillinger at the Planetary and Space Sciences Research Institute at the Open University where he developed mass spectrometers and methodologies for the isotopic analysis of minute samples of cosmic dust and meteorites. He is a Chartered Physicist and holds a Diploma in Management Studies from Staffordshire University.

Dr. Gupta has over 17 years of experience in sales and marketing of analytical chemistry instrumentation and consumables. Prior to joining Advion he was Head of International Sales and Distribution at Biolin Scientific AB in Sweden where he led sales and marketing operations in Europe, South America and Asia of high-tech precision instruments for research within surface, material and bio-science, drug discovery and diagnostic applications. Before this Dr. Gupta spent more than 10 years at Biotage AB as Director of International Sales in Sweden, successfully managing sales and marketing operations throughout Asia, South America and major parts of Europe for microwave, flash chromatography, evaporation and sample preparation technologies.

He earned a PhD degree in Chemistry from Punjab University India and then spent more than 5 years as Post Doctoral fellow at Uppsala University Sweden and Melbourne University Australia in organic chemistry, publishing more than 13 research publications and a book chapter. He specializes in organic synthesis, purification and characterization of small molecules.

Fabrice joined Advion Interchim Scientific in July 2023. He has almost 20 years of experience in sales of consumables & instrumentation with a high knowledge of the French and European market.

Prior joining Advion Interchim Scientific, Fabrice was the Channel Partner Manage for AGILENT for 8 years, leading the development of sales for the complete portfolio of Chromatography & Spectroscopy consumables in Benelux, France, Ireland & United Kingdom.

Prior to Advion Interchim Scientific he worked for Applied Biosystems located at Sciex in Toronto where he was responsible for business development. Prior to that he worked at Vestec Corporation in Houston TX responsible for a commercial electrospray ion source he developed during his Ph.D. at Kings College London.

She joined Advion in 2016 as the Director of Marketing, managing integrated campaigns for the global organization and distributor partnerships.

Prior to joining Advion, Kristy held an Account Executive role at several advertising agencies in Los Angeles, CA, managing marketing and public relations campaigns for clients including VIZIO, King’s Hawaiian, Mitsubishi Motors. She has also worked with the Los Angeles CBS radio cluster (JACK FM, AMP Radio, KROQ) on promotions and event execution, as well as for New York State Tourism as the Integrated Marketing Manager for Tompkins County.
